The ornament is beautifully made. The colors are awesome. However, it is heavy and of a breakable material. I'm waiting with fingers crossed to see if it will survive the season.

Wish it came with something to hang it with

I've always gotten ornaments from Personalization Mall for my pets.
They're long lasting and beautiful.
They always come with a keepsake bag to protect them... not this time. That's the reason for the 4 out of 5.
I have to find a way to protect the two I ordered so they last a long time.

Nice big ornament picture could have been clearer but could have been picture I chose. Got to me faster than expected. Overall very happy with items.

The ornament and inscription were fine however the picture seemed darker than the actual photo. It might have been better in glossy format

I love the ornament I designed for my grandson. It turned out beautiful, everyone I showed it to thought so. But I must have missed somewhere in the description that it was made with slate. It wasn’t a cheap ornament and I know it will get broken being packed away after the holiday…

The ornament is as requested and shown on the page but I feel that the shipping is too high.

Love love love the way this ornament came out but had no ribbon with it to hang so I had to put one of my own!

The quality of the metal was not as I expected. It is very light weight. I also wish there had been
more space for the pic. My grandson ended up with a hole in his head for the ribbon.. overall I like this company. Easy order process and fast shipping.

Ordered two of these - one single sided and one double sided. They are nice, no doubt about that, but a little disappointed that the photo process resulted in a much darker image than was submitted. Wish there was a production review procedure that could notice these things and make appropriate adjustments before sending finished product.

I’m giving this 4* because the product is great ! But I have placed 3-4 orders in the last few months -and when this one came in, to my disappointment, all the ornaments I purchased as gifts had no burgundy pouch that you have always included which made a nice presentation. I was really upset ! Then I called customer service , thinking it must just be an oversight, but no…sadly now you want $1.99 for each pouch . Mind you -just less than a month ago I ordered some and the pouch was included .

The ornament itself is nice . Apparently my picture was pretty shadowed by the time it was uploaded. My issue. I thought I had the year centered by apparently not. It will still be a nice keepsake for my great grandson

This ornament makes a great gift. Just be careful to recognize where the hole for the ribbon will be placed on the photo of your finished ornament

The product was wonderfully adorable and very good quality! Love it. Only 4 stars due to shipping. PMall needs to change their shipping method. Fedex stinks. 1st ornament lost had to reorder so didn't have it until after Christmas!

If the year had not been printed off center this would have been a solid 5stars. Great quality otherwise.

This is the ornament style I should stick to. There’s an outline to guide sizing. Able to read the writing white background and dark lettering

Very nice although edges of ornament came with black residue on the edges. I had to carefully clean with a sponge as to not ruin photo printed. overall, nice gift and would buy again.

The ornaments are beautiful. A very nice way to have cherished memories close at hand for the holidays. The photo quality looks great. My only concern is that it is very difficult to read the font. I can hardly tell what some of the numbers and letters are.
