Product was beautiful but took a long time to come in.

This ornament is cute and a nice size for the tree!

I have ordered many ornaments from Personalization mall and have never been disappointed. The photo printed on this one had a few faint lines on it but not exactly sure why but still pleased with the quality. The order was processed and delivered very quickly, even with the standard delivery option.

Happy with ornament only thing is would rather pictures be a little smaller so hole is through top heads on pictures.

I ordered 12 of these as gifts for siblings and family after my Mom passed as a fun way to remember her using a great photo her dad took of my Mom in front of their Christmas tree in 1940. The ornament is a solid choice and the materials are nice. The old photo transferred to it beautifully and cannot wait to pass them out. I had a few problems with the original shipment which was promptly taken care of after submitting photos of the problem pieces.

Unfortunately the first mailing of the ornament by PersonalizationMall was lost by USPS but they mailed me a new one and credited the shipping. Even though I received it much after Xmas I do love the product and will happily hang it on next years tree, God willing.

Bought this as a gift for friends that just became grandparents. They loved it! Only gave it 4 stars because it’s a bit tricky trying to get the picture in the right spot so that the hole on top doesn’t interfere with the picture.

This product came just in time & I loved it. Simple and great for the price. I recommend.

The ornament is thick and heavy and the picture is clear on it and is good quality. The only thing I wish it would’ve reminded you to put the year of the first Christmas.

Cute ornament but did not arrive on time even though I paid for expedited shipping.

I got the matte so the words look blurry

Very cute - the image was a little off center with a bit more white space on once side than the other but otherwise loved it!

Ordered this for my son born this year and it came out great. Ornament is well made, picture and words are clear. Ornament is also heavy.

I've ordered so many products from them and they always do such an amazing job. I know I'll get good quality items with fast service. With the ornament the picture came out darker on the ornament then what it looked like on my phone and in the preview of ordering item. May want to adjust brightness on photograph before using in product. Other than that it's beautiful and I love it.

I wish they had more options for the font that they chose for the writing it’s a little hard to read.I probably would have chosen black instead of red riding

Loves these ornaments as gifts. I would have given 5 stars if the larger size would have came in glossy. They look good but would have been great with a glossy finish

Just as expected. The reason I gave 4 stars is the writing in red blends Into the picture so it’s kind of hard to read. I wish they would have a warning that says that could happen

I wish there was an option to change the color of the font that prints on the ornament. The color used to print the name is difficult to read on the actual ornament from what it appeared on the website when creating the item. The actual ornament printed color was closer to an orange color but the item example on the website is red.

I received this ornament and even though I knew it was a bigger ornament, it is very heavy when trying to hang on the tree. Note to self, stick with the smaller sized ornaments.

I just wish the glossy one came in a bigger size. Always good quality! This is my favorite site for gifts!

First ornament received wasn't personalized correctly - the "1st Christmas" line was left off. Contacted customer service, they had be send picture of ornament and packing slip - which listed wording for second line correctly. A replacement was made and sent at no charge. Happy with ornament, just a little frustrated that it wasn't made correctly the first time.

I had to reorder this ornament because of my error, however I was not please with the way the verbiage was spaced out on 2nd order. The year was to be on line 2 all by itself and it wasn't centered properly, lettering was up to high blending in with my grand daughters coat. I think your company should be able to space and center these ornaments a little better and that goes for the hole for tie as well, it's in the middle of my grand daughters head. I've order many times in the past with no issues.

I absolutely loved my custom ornament that I had made for my daughter's 1st Christmas. The prince was reasonable and the shipping was fast! The only thing I wish I could change, was the option to select glossy in this particular style of ornament. The matte seemed a little too light, but I still love it and will be ordering more next holiday!

I ordered a photo Christmas ornament for my grandson's first Christmas. I was very pleased except for one thing. A silver hanger tied in a very nice bow was shipped with the item. Unfortunately it was not attached to the ornament. There was no way I could untie it, put it on the ornament and reproduce the nice bow. Ended up buying some narrow red ribbon and using that instead.

This is a gift for my new grand baby. I loved the pic of her. I wish it had a shiny covering over it.

I was expecting a shiny smooth ornament but this is unfinished porcelain with a matte grainy surface so the picture isn't the sharpest it could be.

The quality of product was good. I was just disappointed the picture was not centered. I have ordered before and will again.

I was so excited to purchase this for my first grandchild's first Christmas. Have to say I was a little sad that it came out kind of dark. The original photo and the personalized view didn't show it that dark either. I also failed to read that it was a mate finish so it does look a little dull. My son and daughter in law were happy, but I just wish is was brighter.

The hole where the ribbon goes through is very rough. I think over time the ribbon will break.

I’ve ordered from you before, and have been happy. This ornament is cute, but not the quality I was expecting for such an important gift. It is rough-maybe I should have ordered glossy. Edges seemed like they had been sanded. The “Baby’s First Christmas” line and baby’s name line are different reds, and it is very dark.

Absolutely love my oranament Hoever it did not come with the portecting pouch I ordered for it .So thats not cool

I bought these ornaments for gifts many times. Before you would send them in a velvet bag with your name on it now, they are sent with in bubble wrap. It does not make a very nice gift cheapens it I will not be buying again until the velvet bags come back
