Second print was great First product received was not good at all couldn't even tell who was in the pic. But after contacting customer service they corrected the issue and the second print was just what I wanted!

Touching I bought the 3.75 in the matte also and that one has better color, this one still looks great just the picture is a little more duller

Great Sentiment and Quality Product By Shopper (Boise, ID) - January 10, 2020 Beautiful Ornament for remembering lost loved ones on your Christmas Tree or on a stand if you choose that option. My only negative on ordering would be that it was really hard to adjust your picture of choice to fit within the boundaries of the circle without having the hole for hanging placed where it would go through a person's head (even in sample picture!). Seems the consumer would need to own an expensive photo editing tool in order to make it work properly.

Very nice ornament By Shopper (Nederland, TX) - December 26, 2019 I bought this to honor my mother in law it came out very nice. I even ordered 2 more. The reason it gets 4 stars it the fedex shipping I paid extra to get a 2 day shipment took 5 days once it shipped so just do the standard ship.

Beautiful purchase By Shopper (Bulls gap, TN) - October 29, 2019 This is a very beautiful way, at Christmas time, to express our love for loved ones gone before us. I was very happy with my purchase. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stares is because the quality of the pic could have been a little better, but that was probably more MY fault. The pic i provided wasn't the absolute best quality, but it was one that captured my dad just as i like to remember him. i Love it and will cherish it for a long time to come!

The Perfect Poem This is a gorgeous ornament with the perfect Christmas poem for those who have lost a loved one. It is rather heavy though, so you will need to find a sturdy branch or other means of display. The lettering is perfect and the white background with the red lettering is eye-catching.

Heaven ornaments The product was nice.The nickname I wanted on it was left off. It was only 4 letters. That was disappointing. And it came in 2 days AFTER the proposed delivery date. Other than that it was fine.

Ornament I bought this same ornament last year and received it within a decent amount of time, but this one this year seemed to be taking longer than I expected. I’m actually receiving a review before even having received the item. I’m sure it came out perfect but only reason it got 3 stars was because of the delivery length

Gift Packaging By Shopper (Marrero, LA) - December 20, 2018 No problem with the actual item, just upset that I paid $5.00 for them to "Gift Wrap" the ornament. I would not recommend you pay for that. They just put it in a cardboard box and send you the ribbon that goes around it. That was pathetic.

 Not worth the money Very small and flimsy. Definitely not what I was expecting. The round ornaments are much nicer.

Poor quality Not sure what happened to pm over the last year, but was very disappointed with the quality of this item. The words appear shadowed and almost blurry. It looks cheaply made.
