Joe in customer service The product was not perfect because the top of the head of 2 of the pics were cut off. Rush service fell short but Joe in CS was great!!! Made a follow up call and refunded my rush shipping charge bc of late delivery!

Quality wrapping paper, too. If I would give any advice, I would only use photos that feature only one person or pet, not a group shot, as the photo circles are a bit small for multiple faces.

Gorgeous wrapping paper! A gift in itself!! For my first granddaughter I couldn't find "baby" Christmas paper. When I came across this personalized paper I had to order it!
