I purchased this gift for my son for his new college dorm room. He was more upset about leaving the dog than starting a new school. We placed the pillow on his dorm bed and it was like our dog was sitting there waiting for him. He loved it!!

The pillow comes vacuumed sealed, it takes shape when you open it. Then you place the slip cover over it. The image quality was excellent. The material was also excellent and very soft. Overall satisfied with this pillow. I bought this for my sister when her dog passed away. She cried when she received it. My only complaint is with fed ex. It kept getting delayed and they kept changing delivery date so it came later than expected. But that’s not personalization mall’s fault.

The picture on this pillow is beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better quality. The only down side is that the pillow that came with it is flat. I'm hoping it fluffs up after opening but aside from that, the cover is gorgeous and I would order again.
