This pillow arrived very quickly - a day before expected. It was in perfect condition and the picture was exactly as shown in my order. The packaging was great too. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 out of 5 is because the description said “velvet” and the material does not feel soft like velvet.

I sent this pillow to my son and his wife and they love it. I didn’t expect the photo to come out so crisp & clear; it’s really beautiful! Thank you!!

Overall good quality

I was thrilled at the quality of the pillow snd the quality of the picture. Only complaint is after the filler inflated completely the imprinted barcode on the back flap shows.

Cute, soft pillow with great quality of photo.I apparently forgot to add the pups name but the owner will not have any trouble knowing who this is. Only gave it 4 stars as i was hoping for a more substantial fabric. That said as everything ive ever ordered has been excellent and recipients have been very happy. Personalization Mall has been my go to place for many unique and high quality gifts! From cookbooks, to glassware,to door mats PM doesn't disappoint!

Pretty

It's cute. The pillow itself isn't "pillowy" and neither is the fabric. No one would ever comfortably use it. Purely for decoration. But it's super cute.

The pillow is a great idea. I found the quality to be “okay”. I just wish the picture on the pillow was a little lighter than it was. I also thought it would have been put on horizontally, but it wasn’t. I purchased it for my husband for Father’s Day; I’m sure he will enjoy it.

The pillow insert does not fill the pillow out completely. I was advised to cut the end of the insert open to allow the contents to expand, which I thought was strange. I followed the instructions but it still did not expand enough to completely fill out the pillow.

Not quality picture on pillows. Have ordered better personalized items in the past

The lumbar pillow was too small making the pillow seem like it was missing stuffing. Picture came out great.

The picture is great. The velvet is soft. The pillow insert is very flat. Will probably need to buy a new one.

Definitely was not what I was expecting

Wonderfully made pillow cover! With the unexpected passing of our precious cat, this is a perfect way for our daughter to snuggle with her "cat" and give her hugs. The size is perfect!
