This was not our first ornament we have purchased. We have been buying here for 14 years and as always the ornament looked amazing on our tree. We also had to expedite this order and customer service was amazing.

The ornament was beautiful and the engraving was very nicely done. Perfect gift for our grandson's first Christmas!

Am very happy with this ornament. Feel like it is a nice size, very well made and personalization looks nice. Was impressed with how quickly it came and actually like the white ribbon that also came with it better than the red ribbon that was on it.

I bought this ornament for my grandson's first Christmas. It arrived promptly and safely. The ornament is well made and looks expensive. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. I was disappointed in that the engraved name and birth date were a little difficult to see and that no where did it say "Baby's First Christmas".

I ordered two Teddy Bear ornaments, one is perfect, the other one the engraving is not perfect.
