I ordered a set of personalized wind chimes for a friend who lost her mother. The order was filled and shipped in two days including the personalization. It took about two days longer as Fed-Ex delayed the shipment, but it wasn't too long. The recipient of the wind chimes just loved them. She sent a picture and they looked beautiful. At my place of business, I am responsible for ordering a sympathy gift when one of our associate's has a member of their family pass away.
