I ordered a set of personalized wind chimes for a friend who lost her mother. The order was filled and shipped in two days including the personalization. It took about two days longer as Fed-Ex delayed the shipment, but it wasn't too long. The recipient of the wind chimes just loved them. She sent a picture and they looked beautiful. Very good experience.

I have purchased these chimes 4-5 times now for close friends who have lost a loved one. I think it’s a great gift, in place of flowers that aren’t lasting. Without exception, the recipients have been thrilled to have them. It’s my go to gift now.

Ordered several in honor of my grandfather to gift to family members. Was larger than expected, and makes a beautiful sound in the wind. The harmony is nice with the smaller copper memorial windchimes, too. Highly recommend.

At my place of business, I am responsible for ordering a sympathy gift when one of our associate's has a member of their family pass away. In the past, we have sent flowers, which are appreciated but the wind chime will last and remind them of their loved one. Sadly, I have been ordering this item on a regular basis lately. I must say though that everyone that I have sent it to has been overwhelmingly appreciative of it. The deep sounding chime and the blessings etched into the base have brought tears to their eyes in memory of their loved ones. My ONLY suggestion is to use the "full: Date of Birth & the Date of Death not just the years.
