Much better quality than expected !!! And it's also bigger than I expected which is a good thing !!! It's for my parents for Christmas so I didn't unbox and listen but can't wait to hear how it sounds. !!!

Such a meaningful and well made gift for someone who has lost a loved one. This is my second time buying this for a friend. They were so moved by the wind chime and how beautiful and well made it is.

I have now given these chimes to about 6 friends in the last 2 years. Everyone of them have cried when they read the clapper and when they heard the beautiful tones from the chimes. All have said it has given them such a calming sense when listening to them.
Also, all of the chimes have arrived in record time. I truly appreciate that.

The wind chimes were very nice looking and made of solid materials. The only complaint I would have is that one of the engraved lines (on the four line option) must have been a little long, so just one word was on the third line. I wish the company would have centered the quoted verse. - otherwise, they were perfect!

We received one following family death too and it is such a gentle reminder that they our loved one is not forgotten. Love the gentle sounds and sentiment as well. Others seem to feel the same.

I love this gift for a family that is grieving. Every time they hear the wind-chimes, it is like a warm hug. I have always said when your hear them think of a good memory. It is very helpful to bring a little piece of joy back.

This was a gift for a friend. She seemed to like it.

Recently ordered 2 of the WoodStock Chimes for loved ones of the recent passing of a family member. These were #6 and #7 orders for me; and I have recommended this to 3 others who have placed orders. WoodStock Chimes are always so much appreciated and the personalization just "takes it up a notch". We never encountered shipping issues; however; this time we received no "updates from FEDEX" from time of shipment from company (26 Aug 22) to arrival in the delivered state (1 Sep). The delivery dates were scheduled for 1 Sep and 2 Sep. They both were received on 2 Sep. Not a biggee; but was concerned with NO UPDATES FROM 26 Aug thru 1 Sep!!! I would order again, however, just will be a little nervous again. Five days is a long time without an update from the Shipping Company. The WoodStock chimes were very well received!!!!

Love to provide these for the grieving family. They are a lasting remembrance to their love one.

I have purchased this windchime on 2 different occasions. These chimes have the best and most calming sound.

Just a note, On the first purchased, I was disappointed at first with the sound. It was a clank instead of a beautiful chime. We later found that there were packing materials still in the tubes. So check that out if they don't chime. Great rememberance for our Loved ones. I will definitely purchase again.

Only negative, they do not include a "S" hook on the chime for hanging.

Absolutely beautiful memorial wind chime. The low tones “singing” when the wind gently makes the tubes dance with the wind is peaceful and calming to hear. Feels like hearing a whisper from above. Highly recommended
