This memorial Chime was well-received, and it touched the family very deeply. Each time the breeze blows they will think of their family member for whom it was sent. I ordered this for a dear friend as gift to her family. When order arrived, the “feather” was not personalized. Disappointed since I wanted to give it to the family the next day but spoke with customer service and they sent replacement CORRECT as ordered as soon as possible. Amazing customer service! I personalized the chimes in memoriam of a dear friend’s brother and she loved them. She said that it played Amazing Grace, too, although I didn’t see that on the description. Would love to get confirmation so that I’ll know for future gift giving. Will be extra special, if so.
