Ordered this for a family when her father passed away. She really loved the chimes and especially the saying that was personalized for her Dad.

The wind chime was beautiful and just as expected. Delivery was on-time. No issues with ordering or delivery. The only downside was the memorial card was not included in the box, so the person who received the wind chime spent 4 days trying to determine who it was from. Other than that mishap, all was excellent.

I ordered some of these when my brother passed recently. It's a beautiful wind chime, tastefully done, and shipped fast.

I recently purchased this wind chime for myself in memory of my son. I absolutely love it. I hung it outside for a little bit on a warm day. I'm afraid of the New England winter weather causing damage to it. For now, it is hanging in my kitchen but I can't wait until spring to hang it on my front porch and listen to it. It is of great quality and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who likes wind chimes.

These wind chimes were beautiful. They were definitely high end. The personalization was beautiful. This was a memorial gift that the recipient loved and will have for years.

The wind chimes came exactly as promised. We love them. I had to make a very slight change immediately after placing the order, and Personalization Mall was very helpful and allowed it since I caught the mistake quickly! I will definitely order these or similar items again.

This beautiful chime brought tears of joy and smiles to the recipient who recently lost her sister unexpectedly. As she removed it from the box it started to chime as the wind came up from no where. I purchased these chimes for very close friends that lost a son @ the age of 36. They really loved them! Since I love chimes, I picked these to send to people instad of flowers due to the death of a love one. They last forever & each time they hear them chime, they not only think of their lost love one but of the person/people who gave it to them. Fowers are gone in a few days, these are here for many years to come.
