I purchased a wind chime for my friends birthday. This is the first birthday she celebrated since the passing of her mother. I have not seen the wind chime in person but she seems very happy with it. She did send me pictures of the chime. I will update the post when I have a picture of the whole wind chime.

A group of us gave this to a coworker whose wife, who was also a coworker, had passed. He was so touched by the chimes and told us how meaningful they were to him. Delivery was also very fast! Thank you for this special gift!

I bought them for a friend who was grieving the five year mark of the loss of a child in hopes that this would help heal. She said that it’s the most amazing and beautiful wind chime and it sounds heavenly. They must be put in place where the weather won’t be on them constantly

I thinkin gthe Personalized Windchime you offer is a beautiful gift to give when someone you love passes away. HOWEVER, PLEASE allow the FULL Date of Birth and the Date of Death, not just the year. It would be alot more personal.

Let me start off by saying this is a gorgeous product and a great idea. Larger than what was expected. Almost maybe to large for the type of string/tie that it suspends from. My original item was defective- the top part was fraying. HOWEVER the costumer service was exceptional!! They replaced the product with rush delivery. I am not sure if it will withstand the weather if hung outside but for now it is beautiful.

This chime is a nice gift to remember your loved one. Out of three chimes ordered, only one had to be restrung (a pain). Otherwise, the product is great.

Chimes nicely made but huge in size. Could be smaller and maybe more solid in terms of metal.

The actual product was beautiful. I was expecting the gift box to be in better condition seeing as I paid an extra $15 to have it gift wrapped. Unfortunately the box came ripped and smashed on one end. I had to dispose box and reseal when it arrived. Very disappointed for the price that was charged.

The lettering on line is much bigger then when you receive it. It's very small. Maybe there should be on option for different size fonts.

I bought my wife the wind chimes because of our pet we had to put to sleep. When she opened the box and saw it, read the pieces attached she l9ved it. I noticed one of the strings attached to the top part with a nail was hanging on my a tiny thread.I tried to fix it with gorilla glue and waiting to see if it's going to hold. The chimes are beautiful just waiting for the glue to dry
