I ordered this as a gift for a friend who recently lost his mother and was unable to attend the funeral because of Covid restrictions. We put it together with a bird bath so he could put it in his garden as a remembrance. I was impressed with the quick service and delivery of the product. The quality of the stone and the writing was very good. The box that it came in however was damaged but the internal packaging saved the heart from any damage. My friend loved it. I will definitely use this company again.

I purchased this as a sympathy gift and ended up ordering another one (slightly different wording) as another sympathy gift a week later. Not sure how they hold up, but pretty as an initial gift.

Bought this for a friend who just lost her little Shih Tzu. She was blown away when she opened it. She loved it & was gonna place it on its grave. I searched the internet & couldn't find anything appropriate til I found this! Being able to personalize it I used her exact words about her furbaby. Thanks for making it perfect! She commented how heavy it was so not something that will move around & will lay flat.

Excellent quality of heart garden stone. The first cookie jar I ordered was perfect and arrived on time so choose to order again and will continue to other other personalized items.

When he was slipping away, I kept telling him he was my "Good Boy"...I loved being able to personalize the stones. A vibrant turquoise color, which I assume will fade over time, but it hasn't been outside (It's so pretty, I'm not sure I'll be able to put it out), so I don't know. Well-made, and arrived quickly.

This arrived beautifully wrapped and the recipient was delighted with the beauty & quality of stone.

I am very pleased with this purchase. Being able to select between so many colors was great. There are however only 2 color options for the text, so be careful to ensure your copy color is not lost on the stone color you select. Probably not an issue except for the last line which is a smaller font. The stone is a nice weight and size. As the directions state, it is good for outdoors, but take care of it's placement and seasonal conditions to preserve how it looks right out of the box.
Seeing this stone gives me great comfort and I am very glad to have been able to find it at Personalization Mall.

I ordered this stone for our 3 kitties that lived together with us, and we lost our last one recently. Their ashes are buried in our yard under a Japanese maple tree, and we wanted to honor their memory. I love this pet stone because it gives you a decent amount of room to type your own message. The heart shape is simple, sweet, and will stand out from other rocks. We did black background with white writing, and it turned out very nice! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the rock is very thin, and I would've preferred (and paid) for a thicker rock. But overall, very well done, beautiful and precious! Love it!

As I wrote the company, I expected the words to be engraved (cut into). The stick on font wont last.
