Cute product, decent workmanship. Just a little smaller than I thought it would be.

It is a very pretty cross. And I am happy with my purchase. I thought it would be bigger. But it’s still nice anyway.

The item was beautiful like the picture. It was shipped and received as expected. The metal piece, however, was not attached when received. Customer service was very responsive and offered to replace immediately.

Cross was a nice size and good thickness. Unfortunately the metal child emblem was only glued on and became detached in shipment.

The personalization of the name on the cross was beautifully done. This was a wonderful gift for a little girl’s baptism. I received the item when expected. The only complaint I have is that I paid extra for a nice gift box. For what they charged for the box it should have been gift wrapped. It came in nothing special. It just had a cheap ribbon around it. The item itself was beautiful.

I really like the personalized cross with the child statue on it. I only wish i could have had space to put the middle name on as well.

This is a beautiful gift for a baptism or christening. I was happy with the purchase and it was delivered timely right before I needed to wrap them. The metal praying girl came off or unglued so luckily I had some super glue and was able to glue it back before wrapping it. Other than that the boy cross was good and I think I would purchase it again.

This looks as pictured except the name is slightly off center. I got the item in less than a week, which was great, but I wish they'd spend more time getting the product right. I ordered customized photo frames last year that turned out perfect, so I don't know what happened. Not the same quality work as before.

It is a Baptismal gift for a great granddaughter. The size is perfect. Some blemishes in the wood and the writing was so light it is hard to read. Doesn’t look as nice as the picture on the website. But it will still be hung in her room as it has a connection to a special day. Delivery was very quick.

Overall a nice cross except carving is very hard to detect … needs some coloring the carving is very faint until you are very close to cross… God Bless stands out but not the name!

The cross was very pretty but the girl was not attached to it when I received it.

I received a cross with the letters messed up. Very poor workmanship. I called the company and spoke to a young man. After sending in a picture of the damage, I was told they would send another cross that wasn’t damaged. I asked him what happens if the next one is messed up, I could see it was oblivious this wasn’t the best place to order a cross by now. He said no problem hey would refund my money. Well the cross showed up two days later and the letters were again messed up and the little girl was laying in box not on cross. I picked up the phone to call company and the recording said they were out until further notice. I emailed them with a picture and asked how can I return this and get my money back. My email was answered by Karen, telling me they would credit me and I could use on another order. So now I’m out of money with broken merchandise, so take this as a warning that these people lie and took my money. The cross in the pictures below is not what I received! The ones I got had some kind of finish in some of the letters and it had ran down cross like a bad varnish job, also the girl was not attracted!
