Photo Memorial Personalized LED Light Shadow Box Customer Reviews

I ordered these for Christmas and ordered 3 identical. 2 came in grey and one in ivory which is ok. The ivory one was perfect but the 2 grey ones…they cut the picture too small and it keeps falling out of the grooves of the shadow box. Also I had to re-hot glue the battery compartment in one as it kept falling out. I usually love all PM stuff…but these seemed not as high of quality.

The lights in the shadow box are too bright and it overpowers the photo. All I can see are three spots of light instead of the actual picture.

Photo came out darker than the original photo. Can't see the face unless the light is on in the background which I don't want to leave on all the time.

You can not see the picture if it is dark. You can only see the lights shining through the picture. I would not recommend this product. it appears to have a string of lights randomly placed behind the picture.
