My sister LOVES this pillow!!! It has the names of her grandkids on it. She uses it when she sits and has found it works perfectly to help support the small of her back. It is adorable!!!!

I am very pleased with the printing and quality of this item. However, I found it too be a little flat and wanted it to be decorative not for lumbar support. I unzipped the pillow part, added more poly-fill and it’s more to my liking. It still fit in the pillow case, which is made beautifully. I like the way it ticks within itself in the back and also states the date it was made. Nice touch!!!!
