I bought this as a gift for a new family to be part of a Christmas basket. Nice quality. Nice size. Not too large, but not too small. I was concerned about getting it in time to drop off the day after Thanksgiving as a contactless gift drop off. Customer service helped me make sure the pillow and other items were coming in time.

They replaced it and within one week I got it. They are both now perfect and adorable. I am very pleased with the product and there customer service. I would indeed order from them again.
