The pillows were adorable but there was very little stuffing in the three pillows I ordered. They are not really usable. Just a flat decoration.

I love the pillow cover. Very cute but there could have been much more stuffing. The pillow is very flat!!

I am pleased with the speedy delivery of this product, however, somewhat disappointed with the fabric. I was expecting more of a woven fabric, however this fabric has a sheen and does not feel very nice. I will still gift it, but I do wish either I had paid more attention to the description, or that a different fabric would have been used.

I thought the gray would have been a darker gray. The pillow needs more fill. Way to flat.

The front is perfect. I love the design. My disappointment is that the back doesn’t completely cover the pillow.

The cover was really nice but the inside pillow is small and not plush. I wish it was bigger. It’s almost as if it should have 2 pillows inside.

Super cute however the lack of stuffing took away from it . Advertised as a pillow so please how much could it cost to actually stuff it decently . Disappointed

For the price the pillow should be fuller. The style and print is Adorable though.

I ordered 4 snowman and them seem too large for the pillow… very little back space.

The pillow cover is nice, heavy weight material but the pillow insert is cheap and not filled enough. Even if I open it and fell it more, not sure the insert is large enough for the pillow case. I’ll try to fix it up since it’s a gift.

The pillows are cute - but I had expected higher quality. The shipping is horrendous. (Ordered on November 28, shipped November 30, delivered December 12) They are cute, but not soft cuddly pillows..... And the picture is just stamped on, not embroidered.

I almost loved the pillow it is so colorful. My only complaint is that it is actually a pillowcase that does not close properly on to the pillow. The bar code and date of purchased is actually printed on to the back of the pillow in really big detail covered by a flap. This would have been great if it was for me, but it is a gift for my mother-in-law.

Pillows received were ok - I wish they had more filling to make them more firmer- delivered as expected

The picture and personalization is great! However, the pillow is sadly lacking. I will have to replace it before giving this as a gift for Christmas.

Did not like pillow fabric

The pillow is so cute and I know my family will love it BUT I was disappointed in the size. I placed it on my sofa to see how it looked and it got lost on the couch. Would only look nice on a bed of a smaller size other than a Queen. But it was well made and cute.

Good quality product. However, my disappointment was in shipping. I ordered under the pretense that the item was "expected before Christmas." I ordered 3+ weeks in advance, only to get the product two days AFTER Christmas, in which case, the intent behind the purchase was diminished as it was time to put the holiday decorations away. It was deeply disappointing for shipping time to take a week, note an ETA of December 18th, which fell another 9 days after original expected date. For that reason, while I liked the quality of the good ordered, I am unlikely to order from this site again until they can create greater assurances on shipping speed. Don't sell holiday items and advertise you'll get them before Christmas and then break that commitment just to save a buck on shipping.
Overall, good quality product, but FALSE ADVERSTISING on ETA on a time-sensitive holiday item. It was used for 4 days between 12/27 and 12/31 before going in a box until next December. Thumbs down to that.

The design and personalization were done beautifully! The pillow itself is very thin and the cover comes off easily. I can't see really using it as a pillow. However, as an added decoration for the room, it will provide a beautiful personal accent.

Very cute, but was not as puffy as the picture portrayed it to be.

The pillow covers were awesome. Just as pictured. However the pillow itself is much flatter than what the website picture shows. Disappointed in that part of the item.

The case is beautiful the pillow that comes with it is very flat.

I think the pillowcase and it's graphic are adorable! Just as pictured. However, what is called the pillow insert is really disappointing. It's so flat that it makes the cover look like a fabric poster. I will need to find some kind of stuffing to augment what we received. The picture online showed a filled out full pillow. So, what could have been a 5 is not worthy of that rating.

Pillow isn’t very plush or fluffy, seems to be flat and not puffy like a pillow should be.

The idea is adorable and the snowmen are so cute! I was just disappointed in the quality of the fabric .

the pillow insert could be a better quality as the material is pretty thick heavy duty but the pillow insert is not so doesn't sit up well

Quality is not great

Very cute pillow, however I was surprised at how flat it is!

I don’t like the feel of the material. I was thinking it might be something my grandkids would cuddle up to, but no.

Very cute. Colors not as bright but nice material. I had two made for Christmas presents,my concern is how flat they are. I don’t want to open them before I ship them but I might have to to add stuffing or something.

Cute pillow case but the pillow is very thin and flat. Not at all worth $40. It was on sale for half off which makes it ok but still not what I was thinking.

A little disappointed in the pillow - do not like the backing or the stuffing. However the way the pillow is made it is a very easy pillow to wash if necessary.

Cute present but less substantial then “lumbar pillow” might suggest. More decorative then useful.
