The printing on the pillow was perfect. The pillow itself fell short. It did not fluff up hardly after being shipped vacuumed sealed.

I really thought they were going to be as nice as the picture. A little disappointed .

The pillow is not very thick and the actual material is much thinner than I thought.

I was really surprised to see how light/washed out the colors were on the pillow. Very different then the picture. Not totally satisfied

The photo is misleading in that the pillow is very very thin. I ordered a holiday pillow from another site which was plush, but this one is stiff and thin

The personalization was great…just as l had asked but paying almost $30 for a pillow covering and then having to buy another actual pillow pretty much irritated me. There was an item included that was intended to be the pillow part but it was long and flat and maybe 1” in depth. I would’ve returned it if l could have.

I suppose I was getting better quality. Kinda looks cheap. Names just ironed on. I thought they were embroidery sewn.

Disappointed in quality. Picture looks better than the actual product. Cover doesn't fit tightly enough on pillow.

I ordered two pillows for my granddaughters who are adults and they are just OK. I thought they were going to be a little bit different in person because they’re beautiful in the picture. It’s just a printed picture on cloth and the colors don’t look as bright as the picture on the website. The pillows were a good price but the shipping was almost as much is the pillow.

I was really disappointed in this pillow because it was so flat. I expected it to be a regular pillow, but it’s flat. The pillow cover was cute, that’s why I gave it 3 stars.

Not thrilled with these pillows. They are cute to look at but flatter than a stadium cushion. Guess my friends can look at them rather than sit on them or prop them behind them. Sigh……

The picture looks cute and the signs are nice but the quality of the pillow is not very good

I purchased these pillows for my daughters and their families. Looked cute on the website, but the fabric is similar to sheets. The families liked them, but had no idea how expensive they were. Would not buy again.

Ordered two pillows, one with six names and one with three names. The pillow cases themselves I'm happy with, however the pillows themselves are disappointing. One was very, very flat and did not plump up, the other was better but still did not fill the pillow case up.

Purchased as a gift: Only 3 stars. The colors on this pillow are not vibrant as advertised. The gray is silver, the red isn’t bright. The pillow insert is somewhat small therefore this is not a functional pillow but should be a nice holiday item for the family. Was hoping for better however this is still a nice gift.

Thought it was going to be nicer quality for the price.

Writing great pillow to thin

This was a Christmas gift for my grandma. She loved it and actually cried happy tears. However, I personally was not impressed with the quality. The material seems so cheap. I thought it would be a nice cloth but it's paper thin.

I really liked the graphics and material of the pillow but was disappointed to the size and thickness of the pillow form. It came shrink wrapped and fluffed up a bit after the bag was open and air could get in. Overall was disappointed that it cost so much for such a less than plush product.

Nice pillow but smaller then I anticipated. The colors seem faded and not very bright.

I purchased this along with the 2 smaller personalized pillows to match. I love the personalized covers but the pillows that go inside were super flat and barely filled the covers. If you are looking for fluffy pillows for your couch, these aren't it.

Cute pillow. But so small for the price.

I was so excited to receive this pillow. However it came vacuum packed for shipping purposes which wasn’t a problem but the stuffing in the pillow never seemed to fill out enough. It is a slip cover over the “under” stuffed one. Definitely disappointed.

Only 3 stars...customer service horrible. Immediately after I placed order I attempted to call however could not. Ordered on a Saturday and Outgoing voicemail not taking calls. Sent email no response. The pillow is nice however I do not think at this time I would be using this company again.

Although the personalized pillow is correct and adorable, it is very thin, flat.

I thought the fabric would’ve been different. Looks like a bed pillow, I bought it to put on my sofa!

I loved the snowmen and the names on it were perfecft.

The material, design and printing of the pillows are great but I am quite disappointed that the pillows are flat. I expected them to be puffy - as shown in the ads. I ordered 4 of them so I plan to find a way to stuff them so they are more comfortable and huggable as pillows should be.

The snowman pillow cover is quite nice, however the pillow sent with it is chinchy. I had to use another pillow to put the cover over it so it would fill it out.

Pillow was not full enough to fill the coverlet so pillow appears to look wrinkled. Design with names is very cute, but overall, I’m disappointed.

Cute pillow and nice idea but flimsy. Under stuffed for price

This was listed as a lumbar pillow. The quality is perfect and the picture could not look better however this pillow is only 1/2" thick. For a lumber pillow I expected this to be much fuller.

Still waiting for it to be delivered.

What I did not like it flat not puffy.

The pillow provided did not fully fill the cover. It is not a good look for the pillow when the cover still has gaps in it. I wish the pillow was bigger.

I ordered this cute pillow, but was somewhat disappointed. First, it is really flat. I had to puff up quite a bit by hand, and still flatter then I thought. The pillow does not have embroidery on it, you slip on a slipcover over the pillow.
