I was very pleased with the personalisation of the pillow. The pillow is very cute. I wasn’t very pleased with the pillow that goes inside the pillow cover. It is very flat.

I love the personalized snowmen! I was quite disappointed that the pillow itself wasn't thicker.

The pillow is cute, I think that when they were ironing on the picture and names they accidentally left a fabric hair of another kind and it was shipped to me with it. Not happy that I spotted the fabric hair right away.

At first when we opened this the pillow was very flat. I emailed customer service and they said to wait a few days as the package was meant to ship without air. Now a few days later, the pillow has regained its shape. Still a bit thin for my liking but it is much better than I originally had thought.

Very cute pillow, it's a little small though...

The pillow design is super cute! You can take it off to wash, however the pillow it comes with it really flat, so basically your paying for the slip cover as I had to buy a new pillow to fit it.

The cover is great quality, the pillow is flat. I expected a fluffy pillow.

Cute, but not quite as nice as I expected, also the pillow insert is not quite as full as it should be.

I was disappointed in pillow when I opened it. A flat pillow, expected a more puffy pillow also the pillow bends doesn't stay flat. I have something on top of it now to flatten it out. The material is cheap and will snag easy.

Disappointed in the fabric and colors. Colors are not very bright. Very plain.

I really wanted to love this but So disappointed. The cover is very nice but the pillow is this thin thin pillow. Looks like nothing and not what I expected from other reviews. It’s thankfully not for a gift. I’m going to try and get another pillow or stuff something in it but overall sad that this was a disappointment. I wanted to display for Christmas but won’t be doing that.

Not what I expected

Personalized pillow “cover” is well done. The pillow stuffing is vacuume packed & needs fluffing but is too flat when inside pillow cover. I need more fullness to fill out the cover. So I would not order again .

The snowman lumbar pillow looked as pictured when seeing it in person, however, the quality of the material was less than expected.

This pillow is adorable how it is printed and the personalization on it looks. The reason I rated it a 3 is because the quality of material it is printed on feels and looks like a pillowcase. A better quality material should definitely be used.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this personalized pillow purchased as a gift for my elderly mother, the print was correct, the material wears well and it was a good purchase.

I sent it as a gift. It was very cheap looking I was a little embarrassed.

A bit disappointed. Thought by the ad for the Snowmen pillow, it would be a couch pillow. The fabric is basically a bed pillow case. Not something I would put on a couch. The picture is really cute but falls short for the gift I was hoping to give my mom.

The material is adequate. I just hope the pillow fluffs up enough as represented in the picture.

Ordering was simple and easy and shipping was quick. However, I am disappointed by the quality of the fabric used as well as how flat the pillow is. Not something I’d recommend to friends for the price.

Pillows are cute and the personalization is well done. Three star rating is based on the insert. It is very flimsy and does not fill the pillow. I plan to buy separate inserts before giving the pillows as gifts. Disappointing based on the price point.

Looks great but is only about an inch thick, not a normal plump pillow. Disappointing. Picture is misleading.

This pillow was not exactly what I expected. The pillow itself is somewhat flat and not as plush as it looks in the picture. Also, the material isn't the quality I'd hoped for, It is kind of cheap and stiff, not soft, Not worth the price. It is cute, but overall I'm disappointed and not likely to order from Personalization Mall again.

The cover is very nice but the pillow the cover comes with is not very fluff. I would actually call it in the flatter side

The pillow case was adorable but I felt like the stuffing was shabby. And flat. I removed the filler and replaced it with a fluffier one. The way it was sent to me was unacceptable. I paid money for a pillow cover with no true filler. Ugh! Disappointed with this product.

The pillow case is extremely cute. My only disappointment is with the pillow insert. I was expecting it to be much fluffier; it’s extremely flat. Per other reviews, the insert did come vacuumed sealed, but I I was hoping it would perk up! Unfortunately, it didn’t.

The image and text were accurate, but I'm a bit disappointed in the quality of the fabric and insert pillow. Flimsy, shiny, and baggy are unfortunately words I'd use to describe the quality of this darling concept lumbar pillow. (not as pictured) I appreciate the price, but now see why it was discounted. My young grandsons don't mind- they are thrilled to see their names on the snowmen and polar bears! But a better stuffing pillow and better fabric would be a big improvement.

Very disappointed in this item. The pillow appears to be filled out in the advertised photo however, the pillow is vacuumed packed on arrival. I thought when I opened the package it would expand to fill out the personalized cover. It did not. The pillow is very thin and flat. I am now going to have to try to find a fuller pillow to fill out the cover otherwise the item looks cheap. I would not re-purchase nor recommend.

Although The snowman pillows are very pretty, the fabric is of poor quality. It is very thin. The printing is very vibrant which is nice but the fabric should have been thicker. It was comparable to bed sheet like material.
