I buy my grand daughter a personalized ornament each Christmas. I choose this one as it is beautifully done. It is much better then pictured. Gorgeous ornament.

I have ordered these ornaments throughout the years as new family members are added. This is the first Teardrop I have ordered and I am very pleased with the design.

The clear glass and etching are very classy, timeless and beautiful. No imperfections. Its a great way to honor a loved one.

Very beautiful customization and sparkling ornament. However, I should have selected the acrylic version, of this ornament, as this glass one is twice the thickness that I am familiar with, and sadly weighs too much. Very heavy piece, hence 4 stars.

Really nice but it has to be in bright lite to read inscription. Just maybe company could experiment with colors.

Difficult to read. Letters are a bit blurred - not sharp. Quality is a little "iffy."

The lettering doesn't stand out is my one complaint about the ornament itself. My other two concerns were with the readying for shipment. First of all, the made in China sticker was still on the ornament. I peeled it off. Secondly, the ribbon hanger was separate from the ornament. I had to cut it, put it through the hole, and then make a knot so it could be used to hang the ornament on the tree.

I can't review this product. Despite being ordered 18 days ago, it has yet to be received. The shipping delays with this company have been crazy.

Unfortunately, the ornament engraving is not centered. I have contacted the company multiple times. They have not replied to none of my messages.
