love it I love this ornament. It was not for a new home but for a family member who has had a tough life and we arranged for him to come up here and live with us. He hung it on the tree and now that tree has been taken down, he keeps it in his room. Its not just an ornament but a memory of beginning a new life.

I immediately called the company about my complaint. The representative was very pleasant & professional. She explained my choice of ornament was on back order, but would be available 12/29/20. Personalizing is totally up to the buyer. I opted to leave off the address and kept it simple with their last name and the year. It is a wee bit heavier than some other ornaments, but not cumbersome. It comes in a little gift bag and the only thing left to do is attach the included ribbon and hang it on the tree.
