It was difficult to find an ornament that was for one person buying a home. But i love this one! The picture on the back is a bit dark but it still is a nice added touch to the ornament. Size was as expected and the quality is A+!

Two issues...I felt the image wasn't quite as clear as I expected. Also, the included ribbon was a bit cheap looking and I needed to replace it.
Other than that, very nice.

Nice Memorial Ornament I ordered this for my daughter who bought a new home. It is a good size so it's easily seen but the printing on the one side with her address was printed crooked.

Layout tricky, but quality ornament By Shopper (Gresham, OR) - December 11, 2020 Because the shape of the house is unique it was a bit challenging to edit a photo that didn't cut off some of our family. I found it easiest to save the image in a different editing software and add a background solid color so that when I moved it around on the site here it didn't stretch out our family. The quality of the ornament is really solid and it was carefully wrapped in protection. Shipping notifications were helpful and tracking was shared.

Smaller than expected Ornament is smaller than I imagined and photo is a little dark, but it’s a keepsake of their “first home” and will be just fine.

Almost 5 stars I regularly order from personalization mall and have honestly never been disappointed until this ornament. I was very excited for this ornament to celebrate the purchase of our first home and from previous purchases I had no doubt in great quality. However I was sad to see my personalized picture was subpar quality instead of the high quality I have previous experienced. I don’t think the photo was low quality but maybe they should include a resolution review. Other than resolution, I love it

Off-center Very nice piece but I guess I didn’t check to see if the photo was centered but it was printed that way anyway One of the faces is half cut off I wish they would’ve contacted me to let me know

Somewhat pleased - somewhat disappointed By Shopper (Groves , TX) - December 17, 2020 Ornament was good quality and color; however, they punched the hole in the middle of my son in law's head to pull ribbon through to hang on the tree. You would think they would have lowered the picture or something. Disappointed.

2 New Memories Ornaments the Brookmeade ornament has a blemish so it is not completely white on the top left of the "roof" of the ornament.

Helpful tips I loved the ornament but the reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is because there was a big smudge of red paint left on the finished product. Disappointing because it ruined an otherwise fantastic ornament.

photos difficult to fit By Shopper (Palmdale, CA) - January 5, 2020 It's very difficult to find a picture that fits on this ornament without cutting off any faces. After trying multiple photos, I had to leave a white border around my picture to ensure this didn't happen. Cropping may have also affected the picture quality: mine turned out blurry. That being said, the other side of the ornament is beautiful.

disappointed in photo quality Disappointed in the quality of the photo; I kept enlarging until the message about the quality was appropriate to select, but it came out blurry. (I initially wanted more of a close up, but a message indicated it couldn't be printed, so I enlarged until the warning message didn't show any more, so I'm disappointed it still came out blurry and the original isn't blurry at all.) . Rather expensive at over $13, but the design/sentiments work perfectly for this couple I purchased it for.

New Home I was disappointed in this. The photo on the computer looked much better than it printed. Some was cut off and it was blurry.

Slanted printing By Shopper (Phoenix, AZ) - December 10, 2020 The ornament came as the image of the product displayed however the personalized print was clearly not aligned on the ornament and is slightly crooked to one side. Not high quality and should have been double checked that it was evenly printed on the ornament before shipping.

 Item never receivedBy Shopper (Avon, OH) - December 24, 2020 Normally I enjoy all the gifts I order but unfortunately this was lost in transit. I did however receive a full refund, but my family did not receive a Christmas gift.

Very poor customer satisfaction . The ornament which contained a picture of a family was missing a person and 3 heads of 3 others. When a replacement was requested Quality Control said that the item was out of stock till next year. I will never order from this company again. Totally dissatisfied!!

Terrible quality Doesn’t matter if you submit a professional photo, the print quality on the ornament is awful. Very blurry and I assume all their photo ornaments would turn out the same as this model.
