Great Memorial Gift This was purchased as a memorial gift for a friend. They loved it upon receiving it and even loved the personalized touch on the front. It did arrive with shattered glass on 2 of the lanterns. However, we were able to email customer service and they did not hesitate to send out another replacement. Great customer service and great product.

Perfect addition my mothers’s memorial service I purchased this lantern and placed it at the church foyer entrance to my mother’s memorial service with a fragrant candle. The florist scattered some left over greenery and flowers around and it was beautiful! I highly recommend. Mine came well packed with no broken glass issues others have reported.

Wonderful gift for someone who just lost a loved one This was an excellent gift for someone who just lost a loved one. I ordered it 2 day shipping and it came right on time however the glass on the big lantern was shattered. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement right away. Beautiful Lanterns I ordered this set of lanterns for my best friends grandmothers funeral. The largest lantern is a really good size and the smaller lanterns are a great accent. They were of very good quality- heavy and sturdy.I did get them personalized as well. They were absolutely beautiful and my best friend loved them so much! They actually arrived to the funeral home with one pane of glass broken. I called and spoke with someone in the customer service department and she immediately put in an order to have them shipped out again. I would highly recommend this set of lanterns for the loss of a loved one or whatever the occasion is.

Amazing Gift Our close friends Father passed away. We didn’t want to send flowers and the normal card. We came across this great website and these beautiful lanterns, set of 3. Memorial Lantern is beautiful This lantern was just beautiful! The person who received it absolutely loved it! We had a problem with the glass being broken on two of the lanterns when we first received it, however it was replaced within two days! I had excellent customer service and will definitely order again.

My only complaint is that when we were unwrapping it, there was a couple of little shards of glass. I never found out where they came from.

Lasting Memorial By Shopper (North Royalton, OH) - July 12, 2020 I ordered this lantern set for my sister-in-law who lost her brother. I had it delivered to my address so I could make sure that everything was as ordered. It arrived very well packaged, wrapped with so much bubble wrap that it took some time to unpack it. The difficult part was getting the smaller lanterns out of the packaging, because they were packed inside of the next largest size lantern. The taped bubble wrap made them hard to remove, and I was afraid I would break the glass they were stuck to. The top piece of the middle size lantern is crooked and can’t be straightened, but can be hidden by putting the handle piece up to cover it. The engraved lantern itself is beautiful! It is a lasting memorial for any loved one.

Memorial Lantern I had this sent as a gift to a family who means the world to me, they had lost there young son & I wanted to get them something special for a keepsake. I have been told the lantern is beautiful however when they received it, it was broken & had to return it for a replacement. I am sure the damaged was caused by the shipping company however I feel something that is being shipped as a sympathy gift for loosing a loved one would have been packaged better to help prevent such a thing. They did receive the replacement & thankfully it came undamaged.

Christmas gift Purchased 2 of these lantern sets as Christmas gifts for my sisters. One came complete and no cracks and the other one the smallest lantern the glass was broken I called to see if we can get the small lantern replaced but instead they sent a whole new set which was awesome but again it arrived and the same lantern the glass was broken. I think the way they package the lanterns may need to be evaluated.
