I ordered this ceramic jewelry box from Things Remembered for my nieces baptism, but it arrived in a Personalization Mall box which was disappointing. I have always felt that Things Remembered was a more elevated company and Personalization Mall offered cheaper quality items. The engraved text was blurry, faded, and rubbed off easily—definitely not the quality I expected. While customer service was quick to respond and issued a refund, the product itself was a huge letdown. I do not recommend this item.
