Very creative. The picture was not as bright since it was on a towel.

The product quality was fine. However when I was laying out my customized picture on the sites format template, it was where I wanted it. then when the site went to the confirmation page , the layout was different (off centered from where I had it. I redid the layout thinking i did something wrong, but going through the process, it did the same thing. So I received a customized golf towel that the picture is off center from where i designed it. My point is, that the conformation page should be exactly as it is in the layout section or what is the point at all. The towel did not come as it looks in the picture here. on the one i received, the picture is too far to the right, eliminating the black border on the right side of the picture.

The golf towel I ordered is of very good quality. The printing came through more muted than how it looked on the computer when I ordered it. I wish the print was sharper. Anyone ordering photo type prints must make sure their print is very sharp and not too spread out on what ever item they are putting it on.

The nap is smooth one way and very rough the other way. When I ordered this golf towel I though it was regular towel material. I’m not happy with this purchase. I do like the size of the towel though.

It took me 3 tries to get this golf towel! It kept being sent without the grommet in place. While I sincerely appreciate the efforts of customer service to get that part corrected, I was very disappointed in the quality of the picture on the towel. Maybe it is due to the nature of the towel material? I have ordered pictures on canvas and garden flags and the quality of those items was much better.
