Executive Personalized Aluminum Pen Set Customer Reviews

We have ordered many of these pens in the past. We used to order them for all our new customers. The quality has gone down significantly. We will most likely move away from these pens because of the following:

1- When the pens arrive, they don't seem to have been wiped down. So, you can't send them directly to your customers. There is residue from engraving on both the box and the pen. Sometimes, it looks like they just threw the pens in the box and shipped them.

2- The engraving on the pens used to be very nice and bright. Now is dull and dark, which doesn't work on a black backdrop. They DO NOT look like the picture you see on the website.
