We got four of these for our Freshman Coaches. The boys are giving it to them as an award/trophy along with a meat, cheese and gift card basket. Great service! Order was prompt and the each of them exceeded our expectations. Totally would buy again.

I just received these. I got them as a gift for the football coaches for my son. They are great quality and I am very pleased with the delivery time. The coaches will be surprised when we gift them.

Overall the actual product is great. I'm very happy with the size, quality of wood, and the personalization of the product. I bought these for end of season coaches gifts. I paid the extra $5.99 for Personalization Mall to wrap the gifts for me so they would all be the same. I purchased 9 of these gifts and all but one were perfect. One of the boxes was smashed upon arrival. I contacted Personalization Mall and asked if they could mail be a new box so I could re-wrap the gift. Their response was that they could not mail me a new box (they can be shipped flat) however they could credit me the cost of the gift wrap. Although I appreciate them giving me a credit but now I have 1 of 9 boxes that will be different. Not too happy about that.
