The photo on the mug was of the group with a different saying on the back that was appropriate for each person. Everyone seemed delighted to have a useful item that reminded them of our good times together. Cute Mug The mug is really adorable, picture is clear and crisp.
My only negative which is probably my fault is that the mug is smaller than expected, but like I said it's probably me rushing and not paying attention.
I would recommend buying this as a gift or for yourself.

Quality Mugs My sister had just got a puppy and I thought it would be cute to put the puppy's face on a white mug and give it to her. She loved it. The mug is sturdy and nice.

Nicely Done but Pay Attention to the side! By Shopper (Purcellville, VA) - January 3, 2020 I had a mug made for my husband with the photo of a dog he had as a child. The photo came out great. My only complaint is that the photo is on the front only if you are left handed. It wasn't clear when I ordered, or maybe I missed something. My husband is right handed, so the photo faces away instead of towards him. If I had realized it, I would have put the photo on the other side. I would, however, order this again. I'd just put the photo on the other side.

Photo Mug a Big Hit By Shopper (Piedmont, CA) - December 16, 2019 The mug was a big hit, and it came nicely packaged in an individual box. My only complaint is that the photo was much lighter than the photo I submitted, so it doesn't have the bold look of the one that was shown as an example. But overall, I'd definitely order this again.

I wish I would have noticed when I ordered it. By Shopper (Easton, PA) - December 1, 2019 I ordered 5 of these cups for Christmas for a group of friends. The ordering process was very easy, and the cups were shipped quickly. I never gave it a thought when I ordered them that the picture is on the front when the handle is to the left. I added text with all our names on it, so basically that is what you see when you hold the cup handle with your right hand. I would have preferred if the picture was on the "front" of the cup when the handle is on the right, as all my friends are right-handed. Not the end of the world, and it's my fault for not noticing. Other than that, it's beautiful!

 Product features that I didn’t like By Shopper (Tappan, NY) - January 15, 2021 I previously received a gift 15 oz mug, made in Taiwan, with photos and was happy with that mug.
I decided to order a new one for myself. However this 15 oz mug was from China and the handle was not as comfortable and substantial to hold. The photo was printed on the back side. Since I am right handed, it would have been nice to see the photo on the front, like my previous mug, so I could see my granddaughter with every sip.
