For the price I expected the pillow to be a woven material, but the woven look was *printed* onto the material...

I also expected the personalization to be embroidered but it’s also printed. I guess that one’s on me for not reading the description correctly.

Either way, not really worth the price based on quality and size.

Maybe I should have read the description more but received a screen printed cloth not pillow quality and around the pockets it is just cut and frayed. Will not purchase from this company again. Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed in this pillow when it arrived as the lettering is not embroidered on as it had looked online. Instead of high quality embroidery it is just printed on the pillow. The same is true of the pillow stitching. It is not real, it is printed on fabric. Upon expressing my disappointment to the company as this is a Father's day gift, they offered no credit toward another item or any compensation of any kind. I would not buy from this company again.

I ordered this pillow on December 3 as a Christmas present. After initially receiving the product with an incorrect imprint I had to call (after receiving no response from my email) customer service. They offered to replace the product for free and let me keep the original, but the new one didn’t arrive until after we had left to travel for Christmas (on Dec 23). Now I’ve found that the new pillow’s imprint is correct but badly tilted. Overall I’m very disappointed.

I figured the quality would be high especially for the cost! The pillow is not embroidered or even the fabric it seems… it’s just cheap with a woven fabric printed on top. I’ve ordered from this site many times and have always been happy with the product, but this one was such a disappointment.

I have ordered lots of items from PMall with no issues, but this last time, I ordered this pillow for my dad's 60th birthday and paid for Rush shipping (extra $18 dollars). It didn't show up until 4 or 5 days later...after my dad's birthday. When I emailed PMall to ask about this and request a refund on the shipping, I got NO RESPONSE.

Dissatisfied with this purchase process. My prior purchases have turned out great, but I think this was the first time using Rush shipping. The pillow itself was as expected, the shipping/distribution was not.

I cannot give this to my dad! This was supposed to be a very special gift for my dad’s 75th birthday and when it arrived I was horrified. The quality is cheap and looks so generic and embarrassing. The “texture” on the pillow is printed on as well, zero time was spent in making the product. It makes me hesitant to purchase anything in the future.

The fabric not good quality or as shown in photos (printed details, not actual weaved fabric), the lettering is ironed on - not stitched, and is not a pillow, but a pillow case. Description is not detailed enough to make an educated purchase. Very disappointed in product.

I bought 2 and was very disappointed in this pillow. The picture looks like a tweed-like fabric, but it is just a screened on picture of a print added to the cheap fabric. The letters are also just screened on. I bought the pillow for the 2 pockets but it is just 1 giant pocket. Labeling one side “glasses” is silly bc they will just fall to the bottom. The pillow is horrible and I would be embarrassed to give it as a gift. The 2 I bought are now junk. Don’t buy.

Material seems flimsy and cheap. Only has one pocket, looked online like there should be two separate ones. Also had a spelling error on it. Wish it would warn about something like that. Not sure I can use it as Father’s Day gift now. Waste of money.
