Very nice, light inside is an extra touch Cute, my only issue with this item and giving a 4 star is that I feel the name engravings are cheaply done. The white painting inside the engraving box is all over the place. The edges around the label box are not evenly done.(sloppy) Also, you can barely read out the couples names. The clearest things to read out are the last name and date.

Wedding snow globe It is very pretty. However this is my 4th delivery. The first two arrived frozen and didn't thaw well. The third was for a baby girl. this last one is very nice. I will say Personalization Mall was very easy to deal with, cooperative. they sent out a replacement right away. These things happen. I've bought from this place before and will again. their customer service is great, they stand behind their products.

Very pleased First one we received didn't work and the engraved plate fell off. Unit was replaced right away and new one works well and looks very nice. It is a pretty solid piece and the only thing that could be better would be if it made the snow swirl without picking it up. Very nice gift.

Snow Globe Little disappointed in the snow globe. The nameplate that gets personalized is just a magnet which makes it look cheaply made in my opinion. The inside glasses & heart were smaller then I expected.

Wedding snow globe I think you failed to understand my review. I was happy with the globe BUT the music portion was not what I expected. Therefore I would not recommend this for someone who was thinking of purchasing it. I have listened to this several times and can not figure out the tune however I can tell you this it is not the tune listed

Not as pictured! The champagne glasses in the snow globe I got are filled up way too high and look messy. By having them filled so high it interferes with the way the heart looks. I bought this for my own anniversary and glad I didn't buy it for a gift because I wouldn't want to give it to anyone. I wouldn't purchase this again!

Money Wasted By Shopper (Lansdowne, PA) - June 23, 2021 I have ordered approximately 12 of these snow globes but each one of the globes' decorations [the champagne glasses] inside of it weren't stable and started to fall off. They started to break and there was no number left within the product, nor box, for me to call so I can return them. I am very disappointed.

Beautiful but broken. By Shopper (Irwin, PA) - January 30, 2022 Ordered 2 for gifts. Lovely snow globes but first order of 2 and reorder of 2 were all broken.Liquid leaked into box. Champagne glasses floated. One champagne glass was wedged on top of the heart. Lights were not functional. Bottom was out of 1. Magnetized Nameplate would not stay on the snowglobe. Very disappointed BUT...Customer service was excellent in issuing a credit after second order was defective too. In spite of the product issues I do like this company!

Musical snow globe Was broken when I took it out of the box.

Not exactly what I thought it would look like. The heart inside was crooked and leaning. The champagne inside the glasses looked like a glob of uneven weird glue with LOTS of glue bubbles. The name plate is loose and crooked.

Looks cheap It looks cheap. It arrived damaged. One of the glasses was lying on the bottom and the nameplate is just attached with a magnet and it was dirty! All I could get was a credit minus $13 for shipping!! Very disappointed

Dissatisfied First I received my package and the wedding gift wasn’t even in there they said that there was a problem with the shipping address but the rest of the product made it so then I get the product, and the wedding glasses are broke off falling at the bottom of the snow glad I’m just really not happy with this at all I would like another one that’s not broken please
