I order it twice got it broken twice

Ordered 2 for gifts. Lovely snow globes but first order of 2 and reorder of 2 were all broken.Liquid leaked into box. Champagne glasses floated. One champagne glass was wedged on top of the heart. Lights were not functional. Bottom was out of 1. Magnetized Nameplate would not stay on the snowglobe. Very disappointed BUT...Customer service was excellent in issuing a credit after second order was defective too. In spite of the product issues I do like this company!

Was broken when I took it out of the box.

The heart inside was crooked and leaning. The champagne inside the glasses looked like a glob of uneven weird glue with LOTS of glue bubbles. The name plate is loose and crooked.

It looks cheap. It arrived damaged. One of the glasses was lying on the bottom and the nameplate is just attached with a magnet and it was dirty! All I could get was a credit minus $13 for shipping!! Very disappointed

Product came broken, ordered a replacement and it also came broken. Do not waste your time!

First I received my package and the wedding gift wasn’t even in there they said that there was a problem with the shipping address but the rest of the product made it so then I get the product, and the wedding glasses are broke off falling at the bottom of the snow glad I’m just really not happy with this at all I would like another one that’s not broken please
