 LovedMy employee loss her father whom she had not had a relationship with over the last 20 or so years. I convinced her to go to the funeral and she did.  VERY PRETTY, BUT....I bought this for a neighbor who lost his wife in February. It is very nice but, as some others have stated, the printing is rather hard to see. When seeing it online you can read the printing easily because there is something white behind it. So, I traced the heart onto a piece of paper & it showed up much better. When I gave the gift, I told him what it looked like without the paper, but he wanted it left on. If anyone wants to do that, I suggest a paper heavier than a plain sheet of paper & attached with very small pieces of tape. I would have preferred not to have done that because I felt it was sort of tacky, but I don't think anyone would notice it unless they picked it up. Otherwise, it is a very pretty piece.

Thank you I never saw the actual product, as this was ordered and shipped directly to the recipient. However, they were very happy to receive. Because I haven't seen, I can't give five stars. Thank you to your company for the ease of ordering, and fast shipping. I will check this company again, if the need arises for something personalized.

Very nice This item was very nice if you are looking for something special but that doesn’t take up a lot of space. It was heavier than I thought it would be. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is the writing would be a little hard to read for a person with vision difficulties. But otherwise, I would recommend.

Colored heart My only complaint is it’s very hard to see if you don’t have a piece of paper behind the heart. You are unable to see the wording if it’s just sitting by itself. Keep this in mind if you purchase this item.
