I really wanted to love these glasses. The first set I ordered (White and Burgundy), showed up a really ugly brown. I sent a message to customer service, and asked if they could make new ones, and if it was an error and the wrong color was printed, or maybe the dye needed replaced in the machine. Customer service was great and sent out a new set, but with no explanation as to what happened. It would have been nice to know what caused the error in case I wanted to order these again in the future. The new ones they sent out were definitely more burgundy than brown, but still not as bright and crisp as the picture shows. The white borders around the words and the ball, were really thin, and not as bold looking as the picture. I had all the kids names put on the other side, and they are hard to read. It looks amazing in the photo, but that's not what it looked like in person. The basketball coaches really liked them, but I would be hesitant to order these again.
