Perfect redo! We were not satisfied with the quality of the photo on our first ornament. I sent an email to them and they immediately made a new ornament and sent it our way. I’ve been purchasing gifts from them for decades have always been satisfied with their products and customer service!
This ornament has a matte finish. In the long run, I personally prefer the glossy look and will be ordering that in the future.

50th Anniversary Ornament I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out because one of the photos I used was circa 1969 and a bit grainy. However, I was very happy with the glossy print on the ornament, as it countered the graininess of the older photo and gave it a soft halo instead. I cannot remember if I was given a choice of fonts in the design, but I would not choose the shadowed font again, as it was hard to read.
All in all, my folks were very touched and it was a special way to commemorate the celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary. The ceramic ornament is of very good quality.

Nice! By Shopper (Hot Springs, AR) - December 8, 2019 Even though this was featured as a wedding ornament, I chose it for a memorial one because it was what worked best with the picture. I didn't want the picture as close up as it was but I wasn't able to zoom out any more. I tried everything I could, even with other photo editor programs but nothing helped. It was just the way the picture was taken I guess. I had initially wanted to use a heart shaped ornament but this is what worked the best. Still, I'm satisfied with how it turned out.

Very Pleased I am pleased with this ornament. My only complaint is that there was no way to re-size the picture and part of my son's head had to be cropped out of the picture. If there was a way to re-size, this would be a 5 star purchase!!

shipping I thought shipping was way too much it was almost as much as the item I bought what I purchased was a very light weight item and I think shipping should have been revealed up front next time I will shop around

Lovely Ornament The pictures on the ornament are just ever so slightly blurry looking. I still love it and feel it is good enough for a tree ornament. I downloaded the pictures I used from facebook because I wanted this to be a surprise. I'm guessing they were lower resolution and that is why the pictures are blurry.

Almost a 5 The ornament is really pretty I’ve got a few in the past years, but this one came back a little blurry. If it was on my end, I wish it would say “this photo will turn out blurry because of quality” like other print shops do. Therefore I would have picked a different picture. But either way for the tree, it will do!!

Its okay I quality of the picture was blurry. Also the writing should be removable or be able to place in a different spot.
