In years past I had ordered the glossy finish ornament and the photo was much clearer. This year I used professional high quality uploads for the ornament and I believe the matte finish was the reason the photos weren’t very clear. Not the best quality, unfortunately this was also the year we got married and was our “wedding” ornament so I’m pretty bummed about the quality.

The idea is very nice, but I was disappointed with the quality of the picture. It is not very sharp. Almost a little blurry. The photo I uploaded was from their wedding photos and the quality was very good. I thought the picture would be more crisp.

I was disappointed to see that the hole for the hanger went right through the head of a subject in the photo on one side It did not show that this would happen when I made it online.
