Ornament The quality is great. But the picture was too dark to tell who it was. Partially my fault since the picture I chose was alteady a little dark. Be sure to use light pictures when choosing.

Crooked greeting on back Love the ornament, but the side with the Merry Christmas greeting is crooked to where the hole for the ribbon is.

Good ornament The ornament came out great but didn’t include the tie to make it an actual ornament just the metal piece.

Great ornament Over all happy with it just wish the hole for the ribbon would’ve been where the example had it (the wreath). Instead of it being where it should’ve been it took off part of my hair.

Classic plaid I love my 2020 ornament and the colors are great. My only reason for 4 stars is that there is a small half circle indented on the back of my ornament. Looks like a cutting error. However, it was for 2020...and although it’s not perfect, much like that year, I’ll keep it.

We make one of our girls every year to give to the grandparents and they are always such a beautiful gift. I took off one star because the website was very difficult this year, it kept changing the orientation of my photos and I couldn’t figure out why I tried on both my phone and my computer and kept having the same issue.

Not as sharp of a picture I have ordered numerous photo ornaments from PM in the past but this year's ornament wasn't a clear as the photo I sent.

Love these ornaments I've been buying these for years but this was the first year I noticed the matte option. I love it, though it did sacrifice a little on the crispness of the photo. Not enough to deter me. I'll continue to buy in the future.

 Coloring offFast shipping and nice product but the coloring is off and very yellow in tone. While I appreciate that computer screens can look different, the coloring issue is pretty significant. If I had more time before the holiday, I would return and try to reprint. Otherwise, nice product.

Christmas Plain Personalized ornament By Shopper (Roanoke, VA) - January 9, 2023 Order was processed in a timely manner and arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately, once received the plaid side of the ornament was scratched which was disappointing. When I called to inquire about a possible replacement item was sold out however credit was issued.

The back is white I would not have gotten two of them if I knew the back was white... I do recall reading the back was blank but would think it would have been green or something...I will stick something on the back

Matte fornat Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the matte format for this ornament.
The picture I submitted was beautiful but it came out blurry and you can’t see the details. I always do glossy format but somehow this one ended up matte.

Ornaments This is the first time my items didn’t come out correctly from here. I ordered several of the same ornaments. Unfortunately only one came correctly the rest cut my husbands head off. However, they sent me replacements and a couple came back correctly but still again one cut my husbands head off. So they did send me another one that is correct. So now I have all of them correctly just happens to be in January not for Christmas. I love the correct items. They turned out great finally!

I was really bummed when we got this one in the mail. The matte is really dull and the color of the photo is really dark. It is nice, we just don't love it like we did all the other ones we ordered.

Christmas Plaid ornament I ordered 2 of these and one came out well while the other came out blurry or the coloring was off and neither of my pictures were blurry to begin with. I think it is adorable except disappointed that the one is blurry/soft/discolored. How can I fix??

ornament By Shopper (Ashland, MA) - November 5, 2020 I ordered the ginger bread ornament and was extremely please. I ordered 4 of the wood ornaments and was not as happy. The pictures and colors are very faded. I wish I had ordered them in the ceramic. Will not order again.
