The quality is superb. All letters are etched in. The only thing I would have liked is the letters to be a bit darker. I have this in my memorial garden for my husband.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the box this came in was damaged enough that it ruined the pretty box that the stone came in.. thankful that it wasn't broke! I would suggest a big 'FRAGILE' written on the outside of shipping box. Thank you! I know they will love it?

I love the stone. The line where they put the dates was very light, hard to read BUT they did send me a replacement and it was better. All in all it is a beautiful stone.

The product is very good quality, but the font needs to be darker.

This is a beautiful memorial piece, I just wish the writing could be a little darker.

This stone is beautiful. I do wish the writing was more prominent (darker) and I am concerned how it will hold up through the Winter weather. I purchased it as an interim, until her real headstone has been completed.
I would recommend this item - very nice.

Don't get me wrong it's gorgeous but the writing/etching is on the faint side. So it doesn't stand out as much as I would have thought. It makes it a little difficult to see the words.

Got this for my sister in memory of my niece. She loves it. Its truly a lasting, special way to remember someone. She said it is nice enough to keep inside & use more as a plaque. A wonderful gift to remember someone dear that you lost.

Was pleasantly surprised by quality of the rock itself. Wasn’t hard plastic but actual rock. Would like a little bit thicker but all in all very beautiful.

Wonderful expression on sympathy & caring...

Loved it, but I wish all lettering were bolder so they would stand out.

This item I thought was going to be thicker and the engraving need to be bolder.

This stone came out beautifully however, it was a smaller/ lighter stone than I expected and I don't think I would set it outside to let it weather.
