The overall stone is great. I put it in my garden. My complaint is the ink is not dark enough to read clearly.

Love it, just wish all the writing was in black so it stood out more, I didn’t realize some was grey

I ordered a similar item prior to this one and have noticed it does not hold up under the weather as good as I thought it would; needs regular cleaning. I ordered this one knowing about the need for regular cleaning. Price is reasonable but if you are going to offer percents off, it would be nice if you just discounted price and set as a regular price.

These are just the right size, just the right words and in a small way it brings them back home.
They are a little pricey and shipping could be free but overall I love it

How long will inking of letters last in an outside flower garden

I actually have not seen it. It was a gift for some family that had to put their pet down. They absolutely loved it. They labeled it as being perfect.

It is beautiful. but I expected it to be more engraved than just painted on.

The reason i can't give it a 5 stars is it is painted on where as i thought it would have engraving on it also, so as it is i would not put it outside in the weather.

The product itself was great. The only thing I didn’t like is that the personalized engraving/writing was very light and couldn’t see very good.

I loved everything about it except the lettering. Thought the words were going to be engraved into the stone. Everything will be washed off in a few months. Trying to find something to seal it with so it will last longer.

Received it earlier than expected. It was a bit smaller than I thought and and the writing was lighter than I thought but I nevertheless, I thought it was lovely. Using in front of a tree we planted in my dad's memory.

I wish the letters would be the same all together. They don’t match in color or style.

This is a beautiful memorial stone for my dog, Cocoa. I chose it because it has a full message which not many companies offer. I wish that it was available in fully genuine stone as well.

The person that received this, loved it. My OCD self does wish the words “you will always stay” filled that empty space to the left a little more but that’s just petty stuff. Overall, love it.

I gave this stone as a gift upon a relative's death, and the recipient was very moved and loves the design and final product. Ordering this item through Personalization Mall was very easy and the stone shipped promptly. The one flaw of the stone's design is the typo in the message, which customers do not have the ability to edit. It should read "On Angels' Wings...," because "Angels" is possessive. Please fix for future customers by adding a possessive apostrophe! This editor thanks you.

I would have given it a 5 star but I felt like it was a little thin so could have been a little thicker but otherwise great.

My niece in law lost her mother to a stroke (she was only 51) and they could not afford a funeral or a grave..this stone will go near a tree we also sent to her to plant. It will serve as a resting place for peace for the family. Hali cried when she opened the box upon delivery. Very pleased.

This was beautiful. Being a stepping stone I thought it was engraved. Looks like stick on letters. Bought a stand and it is displayed inside.

Well made. Personalization print is a little cloudy and dates are hard to read but overall made well for what i wanted it for.

I thought the item was bigger (4 stars). It is a lovely piece but because I did not confirm the actual size, I will find another use for it. Made well and elegant, though!!

We sent this to our daughter in law on her dads passing. Better than flowers and she can place in her garden

I do like the item, it's very nicely done. My one issue is with the graphics. I believe the writing should be a little darker to create a better contrast with the memorial.
