I was more than pleased with these mugs. They are for my step-son and his fiancee's wedding in June. I had earlier purchased a monogrammed sofa pillow including their new last name engraved in large script. They will love these gifts!

I bought this product, when i received it there was a crack in it. Other than that it was very good quality. I reached out to customer service and they responded in a timely fashion. I was able to get a replacement. The replacement came and was perfect. Would recommend it looks exactly like the preview picture.
