The quality of this item is good but very unhappy that it did not arrive on the date it was suppose to. This was a gift and I was advised it would arrive on Wednesday Oct. 9th but it did not arrive until Friday Oct. 11th.

The quality and size of the heart were better than I expected, but the engraving was not satisfactory. It was too shallow and not dark enough.

Sorry to say, Very disappointed! The writing is hardly visible. I gave it as a gift & they could hardly read what it said. It was for their 20th Anniversary
