This product arrived on time and was exactly what I expected and ordered. Great quality and color, correct personalization. However there was a cloudy film still left on the back from where the name was put on. I had to use a spray cleaner and really work to clean it off. It was visible and noticeable to the eye since that was the point- to read the name. Should have been finished and cleaned before shipping.
