TypoLet me begin by saying, Personalization Mall has been my go to for
special event gifts. However the last time I placed an order ( wedding gift) there was a typo on the bowl
The typo was on the bottom line which is already spelled out on the order form. In other words, they were not my words. When I called to get this handled I was charged an extra $30 to reorder. Not my idea of good customer service. I’m done with Personalization Mall.
