I have now purchased a total of 5 of the frames as sympathy gifts. Every recipient remarked how beautiful and thoughtful the gift was verses flowers. I place a picture of their love one in the frame prior to giving the gift. The quality is excellent and it is a gift that will continue to give for years.

This was the second frame I purchased within a month. Both were a gift for two friends; one who lost their mother and the other who lost their father. I especially like the fact that I could choose a pattern for the design and the print. Most importantly, I wanted to have the ability to create my own wording on the frame. This frame allowed me to do both. The comments I received from the recipients provided me confirmation that I had made a wise choice in my gift selection.

I purchased two frames to be used as specials gifts. I haven't presented them yet, but I'm sure they will really be pleased with them.

Customizing was very easy and product came exactly as shown on the order. It also arrived in a very timely manner. Absolutely loved it.

I ordered an engraved picture frame and it came out beautifully. However, I paid $6.99 extra for the "gift box." The gift box was made of the flimsiest paper, not even card stock thickness. Their logo was plastered all over the top and it was "decorated" with a black elastic band. It was no where near the value of $6.99 and I think it was deceptive. Even though the product was nice, this type of deceptive practice makes me take a hard pass on ordering anything else from them.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the text. The engraving is not as crisp as I would have liked. Overall, it is ok though.

This was smaller than what we expected and I thought the picture size was awkward. But overall, nice job, good price, and fast shipping.
