An ornament with such a fragile extension should have at least been double-bubble wrapped. Luckily it was a "clean" break, so we were able to glue it back on before giving it to our granddaughter.

Unicorn Ornament By Shopper (White Plains, NY) - January 1, 2022 I ordered 2 ornaments as a Christmas gift for my granddaughters. The ornaments are beautiful but they arrived damaged. One had a broken tail and the other a broken horn. The company was very responsive and sent out 2 replacement ornaments which arrived before Christmas. One was received in good condition but the other had a broken horn. I believe the problem might be in the packaging. They were in bubble wrap bags but shipped in envelopes rather than boxes. The company did credit my account for one ornament.

Unicorn ornament Arrived with horn of unicorn broken. Very disappointed because it was to be a gift for my granddaughter. Waiting to see if I’m sent a new one as I was told on the phone.

They need to pack it better it was in a velvet bag and then inside a bubble bag but that is not enough because the delivery people throw these boxes around!!! I've emailed them to see what they are going to do.

Painting Missing There’s an area of yellow paint missing from the unicorns mane. It isn’t worth it to me to has the item remade, so we’ll just keep it as is.

opinion By Shopper (SANDY, UT) - July 29, 2021 I would have been more pleased if the design would have been also on the back. so when it was hanging both sides would look finished. However it will please my great grand daughters.

Christmas ornaments Ordered 2 Christmas ornaments for my granddaughters. Very happy with the turnaround time. However, one arrived broken. Email was sent reporting damaged but have not received a response or replacement. Very disappointed.

 UnicornThe ornament is adorable. The only issue is shipping. Unfortunately the ornament arrived broken. The unicorn horn was broken near the base. It was quickly replaced and the replacement was also broken.

Didn't have loop to hook up ribbon to hang By Shopper (RENO, NV) - December 16, 2021 Was great but didn't have the loop so we could attach the ribbon and hang on tree.

Disappointed and frustrated Ornament was very cute but was received broken. You can't get them on the phone because their offices are closed and there is no live chat available either. I guess this will not be received by anyone for Christmas this year.
