Very Pleased With one exception.... I wish there was the year on it... by the time you get the name on it .. there was no room for the year... but I wrote it on with marker .. I buy my grandchildren an ornament every year until they are 18 yrs old...

Unicorn tree ornament When got the first ornament it was broke in shipping but called company and they replaced it within couple days. Personalized unicorn for grandaughter and she loved it. Very nice ornament

Porcelain Ornament The ornament is great. The first one arrived severely damaged but they sent a replacement that was fine. Would suggest different packaging for the fragile ornament instead of a bubble pack.

Addy 2021 Although this one came in with a broken horn, we still love it, and are absolutely pleased with the items we ordered, we contacted the company and let them know it was broken, and a replacement is being sent out already.

adorable ornament and OUTSTANDING customer service Ordered this for my unicorn crazy granddaughter. It arrived on schedule, but unfortunately the horn was broken during transit. Contacted Personalization Mall and shared a pic of the broken ornament. They sent a replacement right away which was arrived in time for Christmas Eve and was perfect. My granddaughter, and my daughter-in-law loved it!

exactly what i ordered the ornament was exactly what I ordered. My granddaughter loved it.
On the other hand... I was not impressed at all with the delivery time. This order arrived 3 days before Christmas. When I placed the order I was told it was shipping within 3 days. I was to the point where I was wondering if I should go out and buy an ornament at the store.
