The actual product is great. I ordered eight of these glasses on 11/19/22 and was charged $13.99 per glass. I had never ordered from this company before so I waited to receive my items before ordering additional glasses. I ordered 4 more glasses on 12/4/22 with the same personalization and was charged $17.99 per glass. An increase of $4.00 per glass or almost 30% in just a couple of weeks. The glasses are great but I am appalled at the price increase. I spoke to someone in customer service and was told that the prices can change weekly.

Glass weight is nice and heavy but the print is way too small for that glass...that date anyway. It should be on both sides. Lesson learned

I’ve been a loyal customer. It’s very disappointing when I am not notified about out of stock items! I purchased them in time for on time before Xmas delivery but they arrived today on 12/26. What upsets me even more is that they didn’t notify me when they were out of stock on 6 of the 8 whiskey glasses I ordered!! A little anti-climatic when we received them late..then only 2! Really? Had I know this I would have made different decisions. I am an email away! Why not message me? Yes, I’m upset!

2 out of 4 glasses had slight imperfections which was disappointing as it’s a gift

The photo of the item is misleading. I thought I purchased a set of four glasses but only received one. Never would of paid this amount for one.

The glass was really nice but I thought I was paying for 4 glasses not one big glass. I’m disappointed. I won’t be buying this product again.

Whiskey Glass

i thought i orderd 4, but thank goodness i only got one cheap, hard to read engraved glass. The picture indicates 4 glasses, and so small print "gotcha". Disengenous.

The image showed 4 glasses but when the package came it was only one glass. Although the product is a good quality I wished I had read the description better.

The glasses did not look as impressive as in the pic

I am giving the product 1 star because I placed the ordered it showed 4 glasses only for me to receive 1 glass. I'm very disappointed

The item was cracked when I got it and I was not happy because one of the letters of missing

The name on the item says glasses and the picture shows 4 Glasses. To my surprise I got the package and there is one glass. The gift is for a couple so I had to order another glass and it won’t be here in time for their housewarming.
