I've ordered one similar for myself and got this one as a gift. I love it. The only issue is that it arrived without a stopper, but I called customer service and they are sending one right away. Customer service was very easy to contact, explain the issue and have a replacement sent. It's a sign of a good company when the product is good, but an even better testament when the customer service is just as good.

I thought the decanter would be a little more crystal or ornate looking but just plain glass.

Good product, very well made. I just wish the personalized print was a little darker but I’m sure when filled it will make a difference
