I annually give an ornament to each family showing all our names. This one is nice but it was only one that would accept 10 names.

I was looking for something a little different. This one fit the bill. The first one arrived broken in half. The second one expedited was exactly as i hope.

I just thought the color would be more like the picture but it’s still very pretty

Material was much thinner than expected. Appears a little cheap.

This is a wonderful thing for a grandparent to hang on their Christmas tree. The problem is the names are a bit difficult to see. There really needs to be greater contrast between the names and the background. The muted colors make it difficult to see unless you are standing right in front of it leaning over.

Made with cheap cardboard.I payed 17.00 and and it probably cost 2 to make. Wouldn't buy again!!!

Not entirely what I expected.

The names do not appear very bright on top of the red so it's very difficult to read unless you look up close

I wouldn't buy this again, nor would I recommend. The contrast of the lighter color isn't enough. Makes the lettering look washed out. I bought this for a gift. Not sure I think it's nice enough to give as a gift.

I would order in lighter color next time.

I like the ornament, but felt the gold on the white washed wood was not as vibrant as pictured.

Definitely wouldn’t spend $18 on it. It’s cute but it’s very thin. Looks cheap.

Past experience has been amazing. This time paid overnight shipping to receive on 12/17/21 received 12/23/21 broken. While the shipping delay was probably unforseeable due to weather the ornament was delicate and not protected very well.

The wooden ornament was exactly like the picture so I was happy about that. However, when I opened it, the top of the ornament was broken. My husband wanted me to send it back but I didn’t want to because I wanted to use it this Christmas so I glued the top back on and was able to put it on my tree.

The ornament arrived with the very top broken off. So I can’t put a string through it to hang it on the tree.

This ornament is not as bright, or large as it looks. My idea of what it would look like is different than it is.

Needed to include 7 names on an ornament, and wanted the year (2021) on it, so there were not a lot of options to choose from. OK, but overall it looks pretty bland. More colors would be an improvement.

I was disappointed that the names engraved were so small you can barely read the names.

I love the look of this ornament, however, when I tried to put an ornament hook on it, the top loop broke off. My husband was able to glue it, but it was disappointing.

Great concept! The Maple Red color needs to be brighter with white lettering which would brighten it up. The Red Maple and letter coloring gets loss in the green tree. Also could be a little larger when having this number of name slots

Expected a bright more "Christmassy" red.

A little disappointed in the ornament. Not sure what i was expecting but iy seems yo be flimsy and there us not a ribbon or anything to hang ir.

This ornament's color was not as it appeared when I ordered it and it had a very strange odor to it. I had to leave it out and wrap it at the last minute before having to give it to the recipient. They said that they would leave it out to continue to air it out.

I have ordered from PM for years and have been pleased with every order-until this one. Plan to use this ornament for a gift from my daughter to her classmates in college, so we needed 22 names and the name of the program-It seemed perfect-I could fit 2 names on each present-there was room based on the limit provided. The picture was perfect and names were very clear. Unfortunately, when I received the order, the names were very hard to read on most of the ornaments, blurry, a few were more clear than others-So I contacted company and was asked to send an e-mail and someone would then contact me - So I sent pictures and asked questions about how we could make this better-including the possibility of switching to different ornament. No one contacted me-instead they automatically shipped another full order-and those were just as bad or maybe worse! We ended up going through them and picking the best 22 to give away - but I was ashamed that we gave these gift See Pic-No not blurry pic!

Top box that has the 2021 was broken off of ornament. Glued it together as it is too close to Christmas to get another.

The colors seem darker in person, and it makes it hard to see the names. I would not purchase this style again. I actually had to find a replacement 2021 ornament last minute for our family.

I received the ornament broken and have yet to hear back about a replacement. I paid for expedited shipping so it would be here before Christmas. I'm very disappointed that it is broke.

When I received it I excitedly opened open my package to see the ornaments. This one ornament came broke where the ribbon goes into to hang it up. There wasn’t even the broken part in the bag so that meant that the ornament wasn’t inspected for workmanship. I called right away and I am being sent another one. This ornament was a gift so this isn’t working out too well. Hopefully I get it in time for Christmas. Disappointed.

This is a very cheap looking ornament. The wood is very thin and cheap. I have ordered ornaments from your company before and was very pleased with them but not this one. I will not order any wooden ornaments again. I didn't even put it on our tree this year. I guess it goes along with Covid-19 not good

I have been ordering from Personalization Mall for 5 years and always pleased with my purchases. However I think the wood ornaments I ordered this year are cheap and flimsy appearing
