Beautiful custom ornament as pictured. We love the finish, design, and how quickly it arrived. Looks great unlit. Lit appearance is underwhelming compared to advertised photo, but that wasn’t very important to us and we are very happy with this product and consumer experience. We would buy it again. The personalization on this item is great. The color on the ornament is bright and cheery. I purchased 3 of them and everyone loved them. There is a hole in the back of the item to place onto your string of lights to make it shine. It was much larger than I anticipated, think the palm of your hand.

This ornament is beautiful - it is slightly larger than I'd prefer but that is my fault for not reviewing any dimensions details

When I ordered this ornament, I wanted a "ball". It s NOT a ball. it looks ok...different. But I expected a ball...."round ornament" to go with my collection I already have. Now I have to find another 2023 ornament. Not from them!

This ornament doesn't come with a light, they expect you to stick 1 single light from your Christmas tree into it, that's good until you forget that when taking the tree down and possibly break the ornament because it's still attached to a light bulb....and only the small lights not the big like outdoor bulbs.

Ornament in picture much better than in person. It is not a round ball ornament like it looks in the picture. It is a flat glass ornament.

Buyer beware. Read the description carefully. The ornament is illuminated when you insert one of your tree lights into the back of the ornament. If you have any type of light other than the ones shown in the product description, the illumination will not work.
