The only reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 is because the gray looked more like a green.

I love my photo ornament, the only thing I didn't like was where the hole was put in order to hang it. Almost took my husband's face. But I do know it would be hard to pinpoint where to put it

This is the second ornament I received and like the first one I am so happy with it and the quality of the ornament. I would recommend this to anyone. The hardest part is getting the picture on the ornament so the hole does not cut any of the picture off.

Photo blurry- ok quality. Not thrilled with item.

I ordered 3 Heart Ornaments, 2 of them identical and one different. One of the Red Hearts was printed off center on both sides so the message on the back wasn't centered and the hole for the ribbon was through the face of the baby instead of next to it. It was perfect on the site photo and on the other identical ornament received. It was also missing the ribbon that was included with the other two. With all of the orders being fulfilled, I guess it's to be expected that mistakes can happen once in a while. I must say that I was extremely impressed with the site itself, and the ease and control that the buyer has over the finished product! Bravo!!

Even though my picture I approved clearly shows the ribbon hole away from the head of the person, the hole was placed right in their hair. Makes the item look bad. Quality of the product was nice.

The coloring looks off - the faces look orange...

I was disappointed because The preview showed red around the edges of the ornament and the item did not have that. Also the year showed 2024 instead of 2023. The year was my error but it looks like someone there would have noticed and corrected it.

Would never buy again. Quality is awful. You can hardly make out the faces. Used a RAW photo that was clear. The hole in the ornament is very sharp and chipped.

I ordered 2 of these and both are unworthy of putting on the tree. They are smushed in, hard to see all members, and somewhat blurry.
I was very disappointed in these.

Picture is stretched and distorted - disappointed

Terrible! My ornament came with some of the photo scratched off. I sent an email for instructions on returning or replacing it but have not gotten a response.

I was so disappointed with my 3 ornaments where half of my daughter's body was cut off the picture. I had 3 ornaments made of the same picture of our family at a wedding. I had ordered one for my daughter, one for my son and one for myself. The picture was not centered correctly and half of my daughter's body was cut off. I have ordered from your company for several years and have always been extremely pleased with your beautiful products. This was a big let-down.

I ordered two personalized ornaments and one of the ornaments picture was not clear when the preview did not show any imperfections.

These ornaments are on porcelain as stated in the description, but what they don't tell you is the photos look terrible. My images were from a high-resolution file and the product came so blurry you can't make out the faces (the preview looked fine). Very disappointed after the high quality products that I've ordered in the past.

Received this ornament yesterday and you literally cut a portion of my grandsons head off! Im so disappointed since it took me hours editing the photo to fit properly! So disappointed!

Picture is blurry, and uneven. I could of made this with hodge podge at home for better quaility
